Our Crested Geckos
We have really refined our crested gecko projects the past couple years and added some new genes to further fine-tune what we are looking for in our cresties. As always, we prioritize correct and proportional structure, size, growth rate and health over color and pattern. We have a few very unique cresties we hope to start proving out this year!
Atreyu
Produced by Mrs. Smiths Geckos Hatched 2021
Atreyu is an absolutely fantastic pink phantom porthole boy produced by Mrs. Smith's Geckos out of Code Red x Vermillion. He fires up coral pink and down to a pinkish-porcelain white. We also believe he carries white spotting/snowflake, as both parents do and he has plenty of white speckles all over his lats down to his belly.
This boy fires down to a very light alabaster pink/almost white; it's basically the same color as his eyes. It gives him a super neat look that is hard to describe other than breathtaking! Atreyu also has very good structure. Though he is not crowned, he does have a large, well-proportioned head. He is also a big boy, usually weighing in around 60g. I need to get an up-to-date weight on him.

Freya

Gorgeous coral pink lily white lady with lots of white spots that reach up onto her head and down her legs. She produced 100% pink (red hypo) babies her first year, but no lilies! Go figure lol. She is taking a break for 2026.

Darwin
Hatch Date: late 2020
Darwin is a beautiful drippy tricolor yellow/orange quad stripe with full pinstriping, white spotting, tons of orange pattern, blushing and gorgeous contrasting light cream pattern and a white tail, and may be a super/soft scale. She was an utter potato as a baby but has really grown into a perfect example of a tricolor quad stripe. She may also be het Emptyback as many of her kids have come out looking like hets.

Hannibal

Fabulous red pixel lady! She is absolutely insane looking in person, her color is unreal. Maybelline is also as sweet as can be, and I cannot express how excited I am to have this beautiful rarity in our collection. She is breathtaking to me! We purchased her from Droptail Studios as a red pixel, but I think this girl has more going on with her, including perhaps het EB and tangerine.
We have some big plans for her! Produced by Anthony Caponnetto in 2024 out of a het EB x extreme harlequin white wall.

Amelie

Incredible unique tangerine Emptyback with a weird red/lavender base. She fires down to a beautiful soft lavender with pink/light tangerine and white highlights, and fires up to a super dark brownish purple with red and tangerine highlights. She has the characteristic super soft eyes with the dark ring and silvery coloring, and Harry line spikey structure.

Finch
In-House 2024 Production Hatch Date: 2024
Finch is a pink (hypo red) soft scale phantom with white horns and chrome. Her base color is enhanced by luxurious soft scales, and her exaggerated white horns add to her tiny dragon look. This sweet beauty fires up to a beautiful salmon pink, and down to a very soft pinky sand.

Her morphotype combines hypo, white horns, phantom, and soft scale/super soft. There is also Emptyback in this group. The look we're going for is velvety soft scales on a hypo base color with white chrome highlights and exaggerated white horns. They can have white pinning, white out/white wall/portholes, and/or snowflaking, and may also carry tangerine. I am hoping to improve on crest structure while maintaining the exaggerated length and color of the white horns within this line as well as produce mostly salmon/coral, and lavender animals.
Bear
Produced by: ACR Hatched: 2024?
Bear is my mom’s favorite gecko. He is absolutely gorgeous with his fired down lavender-neon green-aqua-blue base and an enormous crowned head. Seriously the structure on this dude is amazing! He is also a complete gentleman and favorite of the ladies lol. He is a super soft scale, which does some incredible color enhancement as it affects how light reflects off of his scales. When fired down, he has a neon green tint overlayed upon his lavender base color. The result is a very unique and even hard to believe when seeing in person. He really does look like that in real life! He fires up a very dark brown, almost black as well. He has been paired to Finch and Amelie for 2026. We hope to produce some more Velvet Dragons, but this is a first year for these 3 and so we’ll have to see what they produce. I’ll likely keep these kiddos for a while to see how they develop.

Moonshine
Produced by Candie Cresteds Hatched 2024
Moonshine was purchased as a Cappucino pixel and has been paired to Maybelline for 2026! Hopefully we can prove both out as pixels this year.
From the breeder: “It was a lot of fun to watch this guy develop from baby...He did not hatch pixelated, but it developed with age. Very similar to the Velvets.” Moonshine has been paired to MAybelline for 2026!

Honey Biscuit

Honey Biscuit is a beautiful orange brindle with large portholes produced by Rilwater Reptiles. We are playing with some more yellows this year, but aren’t sure where we want to take this project just yet.

Gorgeous yellow boy with big ports! He and Honey Biscuit have been paired for some yellow phantom porthole kiddos this year. We’ll see where this project goes!
