Some of our current gargoyle gecko breeders, holdbacks and grow outs are below. We have assembled an incredible group of gargoyle geckos over the past couple years from some top notch breeders and have been working on refining our own project groups. Our current projects including Red on Red (Red-based red stripes) are aiming for red on red stripes, pastel orange stripes, and . Most have lineage at least going back to their parents, and all are excellent examples of what we look for in gargoyle geckos: structure, color, bold pattern, growth rate, size, and handleability.

Proven Red-striped Super Stripe female with yellow spectacles and a very light base.
Auryn is an absolute sweetheart angel baby with a phenomenal personality. She fires down almost white, and fires up a light yellow-brown. She has a wide head and body are excellent. She also continues to gain more red pigment as she gets older.
Auryn is named after the magic double-snaked amulet that Cairon gave to Atreyu in the 1984 fantasy film based on the novel, “The Neverending Story.”

Auryn
Static
In-House 2022 production Hatch Date: 5/6/22
This was our first 2022 baby and our only holdback. His red color spread is fantastic, and I he has turned out to look a whole lot like his momma! His orange has turned red like his mom as well. The space between his red stripes has also filled in a lot with red and thatwill continue to as he gets older.
Static is named for the electric phenomenon we call static electricity, and cause it’s a cool sounding name for a gecko.

Saoirse
Produced by BBs Crested Geckos Hatch Date: 1/28/2020
Proven Red-striped Super Stripe female with incredible structure and a light base when fired down; fires up red.
Saoirse has rare red spectacles and icy light silvery eyes. She also has big horns/crests, a wide head and a chunky, stout body.
Saoirse is named after the adorable protagonist selkie child in the beautifully animated 2014 film “Song of the Sea.”

Darkness
Produced by Gecko World Austin Hatch Date: late 2020 or very early 2021
Proven. Darkness is a gorgeous true red and orange bacon-stripe. She has a slightly longer snout, icy light eyes and yellow spectacles. She used to fire up very dark, almost a black base color, but she has since settled on a medium to light gray/brown.
Darkness is named for the antagonist from Ridley Scott’s 1985 fantasy cult classic “Legend” (US theatrical release please!).

Calypso is a gorgeous orange/red bicolor reticulated blotch. She has a lighter gray/tan base color, yellow spotted eye spectacles and blue eyes. She also has very good structure and possibly crowned horns.
Calypso is named after the nymph daughter of Titan Atlas who kept Odysseus on the island Ogygia for 7 years in Homer’s “The Odyssey.”

Wonton

Proven. Wonton is a beautiful orange and red bacon super stripe with yellow spectacles and blue eyes. He has a lot of saturation over his body including along his laterals. He's kind of a wild child, and hopefully time will help mellow him out a bit. Both his parents are gorgeous red and orange bacon super stripes.
Wonton is named for the food…sorry no nostalgic thing to attribute his naming here, wontons are just delicious!

Marmalade comes from Pangea and is a gorgeous pastel rose-gray/pinkish brownish gray base with orange reverse bacon/bicolor striping. She has splatters of orange all over, and an exceptional head structure.
