GwenGecko Contact Info
The best way to contact us is by the Inquiry System on Morph Market, email, or DM on Instagram
Check the links at the top for our social media pages. We are also on Facebook, Reptipost.com and Coldblooded.com, and Reddit, but are not as active on those sites. MM Inquiry system/email remains the best way to contact us.

By contacting us, you acknowledge that you are 18 or over and have reviewed and agree to our store policy/Terms of Sale.
By purchasing an animal from us, you agree to take full responsibility of that animal including correct husbandry and veterinary care as needed. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason.
Payment
In addition to the cart system on our website, we also accept Zelle, Venmo and PayPal. All sales are considered final, with no exchanges or refunds available except when outlined conditions in this TOS are met.
**Beginning 8/1/2023, we will no longer be accepting cash payments for local sales.** Local sales must be paid in full via one of our aforementioned payment methods before scheduling a day/time for pickup. Local sales are only available on a case-by-case basis as our busy schedule allows.
Holds and Payment Plans
Payment plans (including summer and winter holds) are available on a case-by-case basis. To place an animal on hold and/or to begin a payment plan, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of the hold. An animal is not considered “on hold” until a deposit is received. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable and can only be transferred to a different animal ONCE.
Failure to contact us and/or complete the payment plan in the agreed upon time frame forfeits the deposit and any payments made, and the animal will be relisted for sale. Talk to us if you are having trouble with payments, we are reasonable and understand things happen.
**Communication must be maintained during summer and winter holds so we know you have not abandoned the animal.** A check-in every few weeks works, and we will reach out if we have not heard from you regularly.
Shipping
Shipping is now calculated automatically for geckos during checkout and includes insurance through Redline shipping. Click here for more info on Redline Shipping’s insurance coverage.
For the welfare and safety of the animal(s), we only ship priority overnight from FedEx hub to FedEx hub typically once a week on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and only when temperatures and weather conditions are safe for the animals (i.e. not in the extreme heat of summer or during freezing weather) on both ends. Shipping may also be delayed due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping arrangements are made only after payment has been made in full. At this time, we only ship to the lower 48 contiguous US.
New Caledonian geckos are only shipped when temps are 45F-85F, and leopard geckos are only shipped when temps are 50-90F. We use insulated boxes and heat/cold/phase change packs to help ensure geckos arrive safety, but still adhere to our temperature requirements for the safety and well-being of our geckos.
**If you choose to have your animals shipped to your home instead of a hub, there is NO live arrival guarantee.**
Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee your animal will arrive alive, healthy, and as described (HUBS only). We do not guarantee that tails won't be dropped during shipping. We must be notified of any issues within 30 minutes of package receipt, such as a DOA (dead on arrival). Photographic and/or video proof of the DOA or other issue with a time stamp MUST be provided before store credit or replacement is given. We do not offer refunds, please keep that in mind when ordering. Failure to notify us within the specified time frame will void live arrival guarantee.
Sexing
Animals listed as male or female are guaranteed to be the specified sex. “Probable/Possible males/females” are NOT guaranteed as such as it is a best educated guess based on visual examination. Animals listed with “PPV” mean we’ve seen preanal pores but we’re not confident enough to label them as “probable males”. “NPV” animals are ones where we did not see any pores upon examination, but the animal is still too young to guarantee as “probable female.” "Unsexed” animals have not been examined and are sold as such.
